Early in her career, Anne spent eight years working as a notary in a private practice and specialized in estate law. Her primary motivation has always been to support as many citizens as possible and to give them access to quality services. She is keen to put her experience to good use in optimizing work processes and bringing innovative ideas to bear on the issues for which Proactio has been commissioned.

Anne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) and a Graduate Diploma in Notarial Law from Laval University (1990). In 1996, she completed a Certificate in Administration course at the Université du Québec à Rimouski Lévis campus.
