Netiquette
Thank you for participating to the conversations on Proactio's social media platforms. We welcome your comments or suggestions and we strive to maintain an environment that encourages freedom of expression. We ask that conversations be conducted in a polite and civil manner.
With this in mind, we reserve the right to delete or hide any comment without notice, notably based on the following criteria:
- Language and etiquette: Any comment using offensive, abusive or inappropriate language that could be considered rude, aggressive, vulgar, hateful, sexist, homophobic, disrespectful, discriminatory, racist, hurtful or of any other violent nature, will not be accepted.
- Defamatory Language: No attack, defamatory or abusive language directed at Proactio (including its employees and representatives), the parties to the litigation (including their employees and representatives) or the members of class actions will be tolerated.
- Keeping to the theme: Only comments related to class actions, or their topic, are permitted. Thread hijacking and/or self-promotional posts, whether for personal, commercial or political purposes, will not be tolerated.
- Sensitive information, documents, photos or videos: all comments or publications containing personal or sensitive information, documents, photos or other attachments will be deleted. This is done to protect sensitive or confidential information.
All publications made on our platforms are public and the information you transmit cannot be protected. We remind you to be very careful and never transmit personal information, photos or videos on Proactio's social media pages.
Proactio is committed to respecting this netiquette. We also strive to ensure that any comments or publications made by Internet users follow this netiquette, although we are not responsible for comments published by Internet users.
Proactio reserves the right to modify this Netiquette at any time. In this case, we will communicate the changes by posting the updated netiquette on our social media platforms.

If you would like to make a complaint or report content on our social media which, in your opinion, violates our netiquette, please contact proactio@rcgt.com.
