About Michel
After several years working in a factory, Michel decided to change careers and enrolled in a paralegal studies course in 2014. Driven by a strong desire to learn and a natural talent for analysis and problem solving, he quickly found his calling in the legal sector.
He launched his career at a law firm that specializes in class actions, where he made his mark with an interest in the technological side of case management. A combination of curiosity and adaptability allowed him to become actively involved in most of the firm’s mandates.
As part of his role, Michel developed solid expertise in Excel and databases to optimize information management. He introduced high-performance tracking tools, automated repetitive tasks using complex formulas, and helped structure databases to facilitate quick access to key documents and data.
